Longevity Clinic The clinic functions in association with Ambady Guest House. a home stay house in the suburbs of Trivandrum city, the capital of Kerala. The guest house, located amidst rice paddy and coconut plantations is in a quiet part of the city. The lush surroundings offers nice hiking paths and a slice of rural life that is fast disappearing from the fabric of Trivandrum. As an integrated clinic, each person under our care is jointly looked after by a team of doctors and support staff. The work up of each guest includes a western medical intake, western lab investigations, eastern medical intake and examinations. This is followed by a short internal cleanse and a lengthy period of internal and external therapies. Once the aberrations in health are addressed, personalized longevity therapies begins. The length of an individual stay at the clinic depends on what the needs are.There will be a doctor's visit every day. The food served at the clinic is generally vegetarian in nature with few exceptions. Our chef Mr. Pillai, renowned in Kerala and Europe, prepares individualized dishes on demand. The general fare is tasty vegetarian dishes with health as the goal. Food is considered the first medicine. |
